You wouldn't believe how many fish I went through trying to get them to sit on a chair for this shot...
I eventually had to settle for an environmental portrait :D
Awesome colours and a lovely portrait. I think perhaps a touch lower of a viewpoint would have made him feel a little better balanced, but the orange and green go very well together! Nice work!
This is one of the prettiest fishtankphoto's I have seen in a long time. Very well done.
ReplyDeleteGreat portrait of a fish and I know they will not just sit there and wait for you to take a picture.
ReplyDeleteNice work.
Very nicely done. Great colors. Cute fishy, too! :)

ReplyDeleteVery cute explanation - and great portrait!
ReplyDeleteNot only do they not smile. They don't stay still either! Well captured.
ReplyDeleteI love the varied golds in the scales - really nice colors throughout. Very funny comment about the little blighter!
ReplyDeleteThat's why they say "don't work with children or animals"!! ;-)
ReplyDeleteIt's a really great shot though! Wonderfully bright and clear!
Nice photo - not at all easy to do as I know from experience.
ReplyDeletePretty little fella, I am glad you left the chair out of this shot.
ReplyDeleteWow, the lighting on this is just so perfect. So bright and colorful. Love it!
