Day 11 - Solar Slick

I thought today I'd get out my 42" reflector telescope and, coupled up with my 800mm Nikon 1.8 lens, try to upstage Geoff Scott and his fabulous astral photography. So here's the some planets 'n' stuff  in the Wha'dahell Dua; Planetary System, about 250 lightyears north of Hesmakinitup IV, and just to the left of Susan Milnthorpe's bedroom window, which, I can tell you,  has it's own dual planetary system, especially about 10.30pm on a Wednesday night...

...or it could be some oil drops floating on water in a glass.

  3. Beautiful. Very elegant and quite celestial looking.
(Does Susan Milnthorpe know that you monitor her dual planetary system on a regular basis to track its progress?)

  4. Very impressive... I feel suitably upstaged and LMAO with the commentary... apart from the inappropriate behaviour reference.

  6. Oil drops? I was sure it was something of cast aluminum (or aluminium if you're British) with holes in it. Anyway, I love the color and composition... and the story! :)
